Rhinestones Spill because bag wasn’t sealedUpdated 2 months ago
Thank you so much for shopping with us. Although we inspect all packages before they leave our warehouse to ensure they are packed properly, spillage can sometimes happen during shipment because mail is being transported to different postal facilities.
As stated on our website, we are not responsible for damages that happen during shipping as we inspect all products before leaving our warehouse. This is also the reason why we take the extra step to place our rhinestone packs inside the pink ziplock bags. In the event this occasionally happens, it’s much easier to place the mixes/ rhinestones back in their appropriate pack.
We are so sorry for this inconvenience, however, the product and quantity ordered are still there even though it may be an annoyance that they are being spilled. It is best that you take photos of the damaged mail. It would be even better if you provided how the package arrived to you from the mail carrier.
